How long does an appointment take?

A full fitting and styling consultation typically takes 60–90 minutes. This allows time for measurements, fabric selection, styling discussion, and any questions you may have.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, appointments are by booking only to ensure you receive dedicated, uninterrupted attention. We recommend booking at least one week ahead, particularly for weekends or special occasion fittings.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Simply bring yourself and any inspiration or reference images if you have them. If you're ordering shoes, wearing or bringing the socks you'd typically wear helps ensure accurate fit.

Is there a consultation fee?

Consultations are complimentary when placing an order. If you'd like a standalone styling session without ordering, please enquire for details.

What's the difference between Made to Measure and Made to Order?

Made to Measure refers to garments—primarily suits—cut and constructed to your exact body measurements. Made to Order refers to items such as shirts, trousers, and shoes selected from our range and customised to your specifications.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Made to Measure suits typically take 8–12 weeks. Made to Order footwear takes 12–16 weeks. Shirts and trousers are usually 6–8 weeks. We'll confirm timing at your appointment.

Can I request alterations after delivery?

Yes. We include one round of minor adjustments within 30 days of delivery to ensure the perfect fit.

Do you cater for weddings and group orders?

Absolutely. We offer tailored packages for grooms, groomsmen, and bridal parties—with coordinated fabrics, consistent styling, and group appointment scheduling available.

What if I'm unsure about style or fabric?

That's exactly what the consultation is for. Our stylists will guide you through silhouette, colour, texture, and seasonal appropriateness based on your needs and preferences.

Can I bring a partner or friend to my appointment?

Of course. Many clients appreciate a second opinion, and we're happy to accommodate guests.

Where are appointments held?

Appointments take place at our studio. Full address and directions will be provided when you book.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
